For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~70°C TA.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MAX4428.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board has 8 component pins.Using its power supply of 5/18V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.Its input is characterized by the value STANDARD.A supply current of greater than 8mA cannot be used when the device is being operated.
