For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~18V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~70°C TA.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MAX4428.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There are 8 component pins on the board.The input is characterized by STANDARD.
