MAX3100CPD+ Overview
14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) contains it. With its Tube-shaped packaging, it's easy to carry. Temperature regulation to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable operation. Using a 2.7V~5.5VV power source should be fine. In it, there are terminations that end in 14. 3.3V is an ideal supply voltage for high efficiency. As a member of the MAX3100 family, it is a prime number. It operates by using 14 pins. Set the supply current to 150μA for the gadget. When the supply voltage is set to 5V, maximum efficiency is achieved. 1 serial I/Os are integrated into the part.
