MAX25615AUT/V+ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOT-23-6 package.A packaging method of Strip is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~15.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
