The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type ISM RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tube.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 2.7V~5.5V voltage capabilities can be used.20 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.For its operation, 610mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
