RF Amplifier with cost-effective NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the ISM RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tube.Due to its 16-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 2.7V~5.5V volts are available.There are two additional features of this RF Amp: IT CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 800 TO 1000 MHZ16 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.It operates on a supply RF Amplifiers' current of 20.3mA~25mA for its operation.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
