MAX17604ATA+T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX17604.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.904W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.
