The SOT-23-6 package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 6V~14V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 6 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX15070.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Using unique technology, OUTPUT PEAK SOURCE CURRENT IS 3A can also be provided.
