MAX15025DATB+T Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 6.5V~28V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.It's configured with 10 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number MAX15025.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 10 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 10V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 4A that can be achieved.A board with 10 component pins is available.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1.4815W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.A voltage of 6.5V should be set for the operating supply voltage.The gate driver is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
