MAX15025CATB+T Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~28V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number MAX15025.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 10 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 10V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 10 pins.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 1.4815W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 4.5V.In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, this gate driver is included.
