MAX15024BATB+T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 6.5V~28V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX15024.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 10 pins.Specification is for 10V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 8A.The board contains 10 pins for component connections.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.4815W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
