MAX15019BASA+ Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~12.6V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MAX15019.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.3A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 125V on the high-side (Bootstrap).An output current of 3A is supported.1.9W dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.
