MAX15013BASA+ Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~12.6V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number MAX15013.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.2A is the maximum output current.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 175V on the high-side (Bootstrap).470.6mW dissipates maximum power without overheating, showing its maximum capability to transfer and conduct power loss.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 3mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.
