M95320-DFDW6TP Overview


There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. The case comes in the Tape & Reel (TR) style. The file is embedded in a 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case. This chip has an 32Kb 4K x 8 size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications. A supply voltage of 1.7V~5.5V can be applied to it. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount for it. The chip contains 8 terminations. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 20MHz. As the base part number for the device, M95320 is frequently used to select similar items. The power supply needed for this memory chip is only 1.8/5V . In order for the memory ics to transfer data to the CPU, this memory integrates with a SPI-type serial bus.
