M57962CL-01 Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 14-SIP Module, 12 Leads package.The packaging method is indicated by Bulk.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Through Hole is mounted in the way.By using 14V~15V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT.This device allows temperatures in the range of -20°C~60°C TA.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 12 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.Devices have 14 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 5A can be achieved at maximum power.
