LTC6994MPS6-2#TRMPBF Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 2.25V~5.5V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is -55°C~125°C. Taps and steps are configured with 8. The use of related parts with the same base part number LTC6994 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 6 terminations. When operating, 3.3V receives a supply voltage. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. A minimum supply voltage of 2.25V is acceptable for its operation. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V is acceptable. There is a mounting in the way of Surface Mount.
