LTC4449EDCB Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4V~6.5V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is specifically designed to operate at 3.3V volts.There are 8 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 42V on the high-side (Bootstrap).With its power supplies of 5V, it solves the power supply problems for diverse applications.
