A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 7.2V~13.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC4444.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
