LTC4354IDDB#TRPBF Overview
The case comes with it. In Tape & Reel (TR) cases, it is convenient to pack the part. In this case, the part is mounted in the Surface Mount direction. A voltage of -48V is applied to it. In order for this component to operate correctly, its minimum operating temperature must not be -40°C~85°C. The component connected in -48V Dist Power Systems, AdvancedTCA® Systems is suitable for this component. There is a Source Selector Switch category assigned to the device. It is possible to recognize the FET type as N-Channel. The part is available with 8 terminations as an option. 8 pins are used in the design of this product.
