LTC3897HFE#PBF Overview
The switching controller fits in the 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 4.5V~65V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 75kHz~850kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Frequency Control, Overcurrent, Ramping which allows efficient switching control.
