LTC3895EFE Overview
In the 38-PowerTFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 31 Leads package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4V~140V volts and has 4V~140V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~900kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. In addition to "LTC3895", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find.
