LTC3803ES6#TRMPBF Overview
In the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 5.7V~8V volts and has 5.7V~8V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 6 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 8V.
