LTC1982ES6#TRMPBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOT-23-6 package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 1.8V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 6 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC1982.When the device is designed, it has 6 pins.The board contains 6 pins for component connections.As an analog IC, it utilizes SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR.
