LT6656BCDC-3#TRMPBF Overview
This program uses the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 6, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.2% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 3V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 6 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "LT6656".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 5mA.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 3.5V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 3.5V~18V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 3V is generated.It is powered by a current of 1.5μA which is used for its operation.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 3.006V.
