LT3840EFE Overview
In the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.5V~60V volts and has 2.5V~60V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C. It can switch at 50kHz~1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 28 terminations. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 2.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 60V input voltage.
