LT1009ID Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tube external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.4% is the tolerance.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 2.5V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "LT1009".If the voltage reference ic outputs 10mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.5V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 400μA.There is a voltage output of 2.5V at the lowest point.Are there substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference circuit?Voltage references can generate voltages of 2.5V regardless of external conditions.To fulfill its purpose better, it needs +/-5 PERCENT ADJUSTABLE REFERENCE VOLTAGE.
