LT1009CZ#PBF Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±0.2% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LT1009".It is suitable for 10mA input applications.Generally, 400μA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 2.505V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 2.495V less than 2.495V.It has REFERENCE VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED TO +/-5% to better fulfill the purpose.
