LT1004CS8-1.2#TRPBF Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.3% is the tolerance.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 1.2V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within 0°C~70°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "LT1004".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 20mA.Surface Mount is the best fit for this application.It has a maximum output voltage of 1.235V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 10μA.There is a voltage output of 1.235V at the lowest point.
