LS1046AXE8P1A Overview
With a packing size of 780-FBGA, FCBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. CPUs have 4 Core 64-Bit cores/bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C. A QorIQ® Layerscape series item. A ARM® Cortex®-A72 processor is present in this CPU. The CPU contains DDR4 RAM controllers. As a whole, there are 780 terminations. A 1V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. A maximum supply current of 1.03V can be achieved by the microprocessor. With a 64 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. There are 76 I/Os connected to the CPU programs.
