LS1026AXE8T1A Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 780-FBGA, FCBGA. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. In the CPU, there are 2 Core 64-Bit cores and 2 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C. QorIQ® Layerscape is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A72 processor. It has DDR4 RAM controllers. A total of 780 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1V voltage supply. With a maximum supply current of 1.03V, it has a maximum power consumption. The CPU's external data bus width is 64. CPU programs transfer data via 76 I/Os.
