An RF amplifier with a cost-effective DOUBLE BALANCED RF/Microwave device type.Cellular, WLAN, PCS, PHS, Cordless Phones RF Type from the RF Amplifier.High reliability is provided by the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tube.The RF power Amplifier is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship internationally.mount Amplifiers RF in the direction of Surface Mount.2.85V~3.15V voltage can be supplied by the Amplifiers RF.The supply current must be operated at 8mA in order to deliver its performance.
