LMR16030SDDAR Description
The LMR16030SDDAR is a 60-V, 3-A SIMPLE SWITCHER? step-down regulator with a high-side MOSFET incorporated. With a wide input range of 4.3 V to 60 V, it is excellent for power conditioning from unregulated sources in a variety of applications ranging from industrial to automotive. In sleep mode, the regulator's quiescent current is 40 A, making it appropriate for battery-powered applications. In shutdown mode, an ultra-low 1-A current can help to extend battery life even further.
