LM5100BMA/NOPB Overview
For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A package of Tube has been used.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 9V~14V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.There are various related parts under its base part number LM5100.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.2A is the maximum output current.There can be a voltage up to 118V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.An output current of 2A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 100V as voltage.Its quiescent current at 200μA refers to the amount of current it consumes when unaffected by external factors.
