LM4041BECT-1.2 Overview
An easy-to-use 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 5.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.225V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.In the voltage reference ic, there are 5 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM4041".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 12mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.1.225V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 50μA is generally considered to be correct.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 1.225V.There is 40μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.Voltage reference that outputs 1.225V regardless of external conditions.
