LM4040D10ILPR Overview
This program uses the TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Shunt control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 3, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±1% is the tolerance.A digital IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 10V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 3 pins.There is a part with 3 pins that have been settled.By using Through Hole, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "LM4040".If the voltage reference ic outputs 15mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.It is generally considered correct to have a cathode current of 135μA.There is a voltage output of 10V at the lowest point.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 5V.
