LM4040AEX3-2.5+T Overview
An easy-to-use SC-70, SOT-323 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 2.5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM4040".For applications with 15mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 65μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 2.5025V.There is 2.4975V voltage lower than 2.4975V at the output of the voltage reference ic.
