Uses the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tube.There are different types of functions that end with 8.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.In order to determine the output voltage 1.2V, test statistics are used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 255.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.Searching for "LM385" will yield other relevant parts.It can be used by applications with 20mA inputs.The cathode current should be 15μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.
