LM27222SDX Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4V~6.85V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number LM27222.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 33V.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 720mW shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 825μA.
