LF2388BTR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC-20 package.MouseReel represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 3 Driver drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V ~ 20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).The input type for this program is Inverting.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600 V.In terms of its basis, there are 6 Output outputs integrated.The gate driver is part of the - series.The device operates on a voltage of 500 uA as the supply voltage.
