LF2113BTR Overview
For greater flexibility, the SOIC-16 package is adopted.A package of MouseReel has been used.This configuration includes 2 Driver drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V ~ 20V demonstrates its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C ~ 125°C (TA).The input type is Non-Inverting.There can be a voltage up to 600 V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Based on its basis, it integrates 2 Output outputs.The gate driver belongs to the - series.The supply voltage is 56 uA.
