LF18CDT-TRY Overview
The package is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 2 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Fixed. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~125°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. As you can see, the regulator IC has a total of 3 pins. The regulator has a total of 1 outputs to make sure that it delivers prompt, sufficient outputs. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 3 pins may be available. For your information, part number LF18 is the basic part number for this voltage regulator IC. There is a maximum output current of 500mA for this regulator to meet the operational requirements. It operates in the 12mA Quiescent Current state. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 Series is a series of products made by D-Link.
