LED6000PHR Overview
In order to save board space, the led driver uses the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. For the design of this LED driver, 1 outputs are used.The mounting method is Surface Mount.As a DC DC Regulator, it has high efficiency and reliability.The led light driver operates normally at -40°C~150°C TJ. In this case, the frequency is 250kHz~1.5MHz.A voltage supply less than 4.5V will cause undetermined failures.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.There is a base part number LED6000 for this LED driver.A maximum supply voltage of 61V is acceptable.A load can be supplied with 3A current.
