LB1940U-TLM-E Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.The 20-VFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes H bridge to save money.The supply voltage of 1.9V~6.5V can improve reliabilbridge drivery.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -20°C~85°C TA to function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose, Stepper Motors as well.Transmission lines are terminated with H bridges whose characteristic impedance matches their characteristic impedance, known as 20 terminations.Based on its base H bridge ic number of LB1940, further related H bridge ics can be identified.A load of electricity is supplied by 35V.
