L99MC6 Overview
A Tube is used to package it.In the 16-PowerFSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, it is included.The LED driver is mounted as Surface Mount.General Purpose is the switch type it owns.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ.As a default, the output is set to 6.A voltage of 3V~5.25V is used to power it.There is a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts on this LED driver.A lighting driver with PWM Input, Slew Rate Controlled features is available.It is a member of the L99M family.The operation is carried out using the 16 pins.The maximum output current is reduced to 600mA to meet the operation criteria.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this lighting driver.This case has the output current set to 1.65A.
