L9907TR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~54V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L9907.Gate drivers of this type are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.As an analog IC, it utilizes BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.
