L9679 Overview
Tray is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient transport package is provided in 48-TQFP Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at Automotive .To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~105°C TA .The power management operates at 3V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V volts.It is possible to find 100 terminals on the power ic.In order to start up, it needs at least 6V .If the voltage is greater than 18V , you are not supposed to power the power supply ic.It is based on the series Automotive, AEC-Q100 .
