L9339-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it.In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, it is included.The LED driver is mounted as Surface Mount.General Purpose is the switch type it owns.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -40°C~150°C TJ.A voltage of Not Required is used to power it.There is a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts on this LED driver.A lighting driver with Status Flag features is available.It is a member of the L9339 family.In total, there are 20 terminations.The operation is carried out using the 20 pins.As far as the lighting driver is concerned, there are 1 functions.The maximum output current is reduced to 200mA to meet the operation criteria.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this lighting driver.The LED driving board is equipped with a total of 20 pins.This case has the output current set to 200mA.A maximum supply voltage of 32V is set in Vsup.Using this LED driver, it is also possible to produce TTL AND CMOS COMPATIBLE INPUTS.It has 4 drivers.
