L6743Q Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 5V~12V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6743.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 10 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.The board contains 10 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 41V (Bootstrap).Based on the maximum power dissipation of 2.25W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.
