L6569D013TR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~16.6V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is RC Input Circuit.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number L6569.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 12V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 275mA that can be achieved.A board with 8 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 25mA.This function has an input of SCHMITT TRIGGER.The frequency of 200kHz can be used to improve efficiency.
