L6398DTR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number L6398.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.This device is capable of delivering 290mA current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 800mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Due to its power supply of 15V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.As a result, a voltage of 580V is produced.The frequency of 800kHz can result in an improvement in efficiency.
